- Enquiry form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the service you choose and the message you write. Please do not put passwords, bank details or other sensitive information in the form.
- Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails: whatever you choose to send us, including your phone number.
- Technical information: your IP address and basic browser details. Our web host records these in server logs, and our spam protection uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions.
- Website analytics: if Google Analytics is switched on for this site, it collects information about how pages are used, such as pages visited, approximate location and device type. We use it to see which pages help visitors.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and provide the service you ask for.
- To protect the website and our forms from spam and misuse.
- To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
- To keep records of our business dealings where needed.

Who we share it with
We share information only with providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries:
- Our web hosting and email provider, which stores the website and delivers form messages to our mailbox.
- Google, for the reCAPTCHA spam check on our enquiry form, for the map on our Contact page when it is shown, and for Google Analytics if it is switched on.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us through the WhatsApp link. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site itself uses only the cookies that WordPress needs for staff who log in. Google services (reCAPTCHA, Maps and, if switched on, Analytics) may set their own cookies or similar identifiers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site, such as the form’s spam check, may then not work.
Google reCAPTCHA
Our enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated programs. It collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, and then delete or anonymise them. Our host keeps server logs for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Email info@s2-solutions.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under applicable data protection law.
Security
The website uses HTTPS, and the enquiry form has spam protection. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites, such as Google Maps or social media pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
